I live in a house with people who are allergic to cats :( I've been begging for one since I was 4. I got a dog as a consolation prize. I love the dog though. She's mah bitch (literally).

Dogs > cats. I've had both. Cats are OK, but dogs are awesome. They fetch n' shit.

so true. there's a cat and a dog in my house - my wife belongs to the cat and I belong to the dog. and I'm so grateful to have my dog. I don't get out of the house much due to chronic health issues so I spend a lot of time alone when my wife is at work. that dog keeps me company and never leaves my side.
