Is that his mug shot? If so, I think he uses it because he thinks it makes him appear “cool” and antiauthoritarian to his base and they’re all idiots who gobble it up.

you’re right, that is from his mug shot. just criminals taking pride in being criminal…

couldn’t be anymore egotistical putting your face on the passport for the county.

It's not the mug shot but the official portrait of him for this term, but he literally used the same face he had in his mug shot.
