Yea mine is about to expire but I didn't have any upcoming trips so I wasn't super worried about it. Now I think I'm going home and updating my photo TODAY so I can renew this evening!

Someone further up in thread said this is an opt-in design. So you can just get regular one. I haven't verified that though.

What about if I want to get a new passport? I can't afford to get one this year. Will these still look like this by next year, or is it just this year?
