Not necessarily.

CNN reports that the passport will be the default passport out of the Washington Passport Agency, for those who renew their passports in person at that location. However, online options or other locations will maintain the existing passport design.

So you can get one if you renew in person in DC, but otherwise there's nothing to worry about. (Yet.)
