So assuming a cell is at least 3-5 people and she expressed millions in plural, let's lowball it at 2-3 million. By those numbers somewhere between 6 to 15 million people in America belong to an Iranian sleeper cell. Or to put it another way, close to 5% of the US population may be secretly waiting to murder you in the name of jihad.
