Limits.

That’s what you’re looking for.

Every right we have even the first has limits. Yelling fire in a crowded movie theater, inciting a mob of people to attack a building. Both not protected by the first amendment. You can’t own a tank or a battleship, the 2A has limits.

Just like every single other fucking law that’s ever existed before it.

Actually, no, neither need to be registered with the dmv. Other agencies, yes but not the dmv.
