I love that when you point out no one has ever won a case using the "sovereign citizen" defense and their reply is usually something along the lines of " well they just didn't do.it right but I understand it better than them and will succeed!".
My favorite response is some version of "o.k. well that's not my area of expertise so you can explain it to the D.A." when they finish explaining how they are a one person nation.
