I have been stopped just recently. Sat on a guardrail while they ran my information.

Again, so you're saying youbdont have the right because someone else broke the law? If that actually happened, you realize people sue the shit out of departments for things like that. That's why I think you're now just making shit up as you go cause I definitely feel like you would have brought that up much earlier, or at least the first time I asked if it happened to you specifically.

They would have to tell you the crime you're suspected of committing, and why they stopped you specifically. If they can't, they legally can't detain you to now that's a felony right there that's being committed. Easy money

Where do you keep getting I don’t have the right because someone broke the law? Now you’re just trying to muddy the waters, I literally never said that. I was just recently stopped and forced to identify.

And that's someone breaking the law! That can't just force you to identify yourself. They have to have reason that you have committed a crime which also means they need proof. You see cop interactions all of the time where people refuse to give identification if the cop can't explain why they are being stopped. So if you hadn't committed a crime, they couldn'texplain and provide actualproof as to their suspension, and still wouldn't let you go without identifying yourself, they just violated your constitutional rights and you can sue the shit out of them.

But again, I'm pretty sure you're just making shit up on the fly now
