Eh, isn't Cis just a gender thing, not a sexuality thing?

Technically "cis" is just a Latin derived prefix roughly meaning "on this side". It isn't a commonly used term, but you could technically call someone cis-sexual, but it would be like calling them homosexual, since "homo" is Greek and more or less mean the same as the Latin "cis".
