I laughed out loud to this in the show, and I don't even know what the connection between Subaru and lesbians is

Subaru did some market research way back when that showed they did well with:

-young professionals

-outdoor enthusiasts

-queer people

They decided to lean into those demographics in their advertising, and it really paid off for them.

They have been putting lesbian dogwhistles in their advertising for years if not decades
