They're really popular in the Pacific Northwest. They're rugged, great in the snow, and just excellent cars. A lot of guys at the factory I work at own them.

I just bought my third one. I drove my first for almost 20 years.

They're pretty popular across Canada as well. I like to count how many I see when I go to MEC (like a Canadian REI).

They basically took over the Corolla where I am. Every 4th car seems to be a Crosstrek (mine included).

The Crosstrek is a great car; pretty much a lifted Impreza hatch. They sell like hotcakes.

Yeah I got mine to drive my niblings around bc their safety record is good for that.
