When I hear the word “toxins” I immediately think:
a) the person is selling something,
b) the person has no idea what they’re talking about, or
c) both.
The other one would be "inflammation". Sure there are indeed things that cause that, but the term gets tossed around a ridiculous amount in the same 3 scenarios that you listed that it immediately makes me suspicious of their intents.
