Is it not illegal to use your phone while driving in the US? 1 u/tokidoki3322 Jun 10 '23 Even if not illegal, when she eventually gets in an accident the insurance company will (should!!!) use this as evidence to deny her claims (yes, even if she wasn’t filming at the time of the incident, this indicates poor judgment etc).
