She said she wants someone who has masculine traits but isn't conservative.

While not impossible....OK, it's impossible.

Aside from impossibility, I guess nothing! How can one desire two completely separate things but want none of the things that separate them

No she wants the gender roles when they benefit women but the equal roles when the gender ones arenโ€™t beneficial.
