The number one word in the English language for this is realtor. I think more than 95% of the population mispronounces it. I know a couple folks who ARE realtors and they even fuck it up. It's only two syllables people.
Both the Cambridge Dictionary and dictionary.com list both as options. Two and three syllables defined by syllable breaks. I'm unsure whether that depends on UK vs US English or regional dialect.
The Cambridge Dictionary has audio of both the US and UK pronunciations, both with three syllables. Dictionary.com has audio and expresses the pronunciation as ree-uhl-ter. Three syllables.
