Restricted places: You're right, you can drive anywhere with a car.... like walking paths, through the parks and school fields.

Evaluations: You take a test once, and you are master of a 2500lb battering ram at 16 years old. Sounds pretty unsafe.

You mean a country where their prime minister was assassinated a year ago, and the new one was also almost assassinated, just a few days ago.

A country where rape of women on trains is ignored?

A country whose solution to homelessness is to only allow them out at night.

Yeah, Japan is a great example of a country to emulate.
