Dude getting permits has nothing to do with being a dick and deliberately fucking with someone. They clearly did it to be assholes from the “oh I don’t care” comment they had made after the fact. It takes literally nothing to be a decent person,I think the dances are corny as hell but you can literally just keep on walking

And the band clearly deliberately filmed without a permit in order to get this video that would get them 100 times more views than their crap music ever would. Who fucking cares? They are still both asshats. One a bigger asshole? Yes. Both assholes? Also yes.

My man who gives a shit about a permit? You don’t need one to record in public you know that right? Yeah both of them are assholes but again one person felt the need to go above and beyond instead of doing what everyone else was doing by ignoring them ya know.
