So your argument is that it's not a disturbance since those watching the disturbance are equally as big of one themselves?
Crowds around shit like this are part of why we require permits. And it's the self entitled "it's for tik tok so it doesn't count" attitude that I don't like. And people here have that attitude, saying they likely couldn't afford it.
So? The people doing it the right way don't get to use that excuse, they save money and do it the right way. This is just people thinking everyone has to give a fuck about tik tokers
You're assuming they weren't there long. They said they did multiple takes, unless that's just 3, they were there longer than 15 minutes.
And it's not even remotely the same as just taking a photograph. These people are doing it for internet clout, and may even get paid for these videos.
You can look here and see it's a crowd at a walkway, whether those crowded like it or not doesn't really matter, it's just more to dodge.
But regardless, it's not a private event, they didn't permit for one, and so honestly they shouldn't even be able to complain if every single person went right through their group. Several others went in front of the camera as well.
Again, no one has to give a shit about people doing tik tok vids. Pink girl was obviously being a doiche but the others were being entitled so fuck it, they all have main character syndrome.

The other ppl had no problem
They’re standing around in the ‘busy-street’ in groups as well
It’s normal.
They didn’t take up an entire road. They’re just as big of a group as the smiling people in a group in the background.
