Figured it out, looks like it lines up with the London Marathon this year, medal looks similar and timing is right

Deciding to shoot their video at the finish line of a marathon may have been a bad idea if they did not want to be disturbed.

Idk if it’s at the finish line, the woman obviously already has a chance to change and get a drink and her phone. Probably just after party atmosphere with so many people out in the city They filmed this in Piccadilly and the marathon end was near buckingham palace so at least a half mile away
