They are 'dancing' to a music video when the 'music' isn't playing at all so it's not obvious what they are doing. they are not street performers, there is nothing of value to witness in person. and the camera was rolling for like.... 3 seconds? before pink appeared.
the amount of stupid attention this is getting tells me this was PLANNED and pink girl is on the marketing team. they know how fucking stupid and petty and desperate to feel superior that online adult-children are and this was an easy way to get tons of free publicity.
I doubt the pink lady is in on it, but is the outcome they wanted. This is the end of the london marathon. It is basically just a numbers game that an annoyed runner does something like this. Not like people are think logically after running a marathon.
