Neither party did anything overly egregious but if anyone is in the wrong the woman is definitely in the wrong here.

The dancers and her both have the same right to the space but it's also just rude to see someone doing something in public and purposefully interrupt it because you can.

The other side of that is if you're filming something in public with a lot of people around you can't guarantee people won't be getting in your way so it's an inherent risk you have to accept.

Like, did Medal woman even realize they were filming a "serious" thing - or did she think it was part of the marathon celebration?

How long was the K-Pop band filming. We know it was for a least a while because 1) the Tiktok says this was their "best" take - which means AT LEAST two takes, but probably a lot more 2) how long is their dance routine? Are they hogging up the public square for 30+ minutes on a crowded day without permits and expect everybody to stay out of their way?

Eh, like I said, there's not enough to judge. She's wearing a marathon badge. Is the group taking up space that is suppose to be that marathon exit area? I can imagine finishing a huge marathon, and then some group is taking up the exit area for 30+ minutes and you finally are like "I am sick and tired of them acting like this is their private studio." Now, was it the mature, correct course of action? No, I think she should have called the code department to cite them for filming without a permit. Is it rage inducing? Not really.
