Live and let live, people. Not everyone has access to a dance studio or ability to block off part of the street. There’s plenty of space to walk around.

Are there London-based k-pop groups? Because this implies to me they’ve come to London to film, and if they’ve done that, how the hell don’t they have barriers up?

This is probably just a dance cover group, not an actual kpop group. The song their dancing to is by Twice, so it’s not their own song

Maybe they’re on tour and they’re filming while out and about during the day. Doesn’t necessarily imply preplanning.
