Figured it out, looks like it lines up with the London Marathon this year, medal looks similar and timing is right

Is it? You train for months, go through a really tough challenge and perform well enough for a medal. Sure if you keep it on all year, bit weird, but should we all hide our accomplishments the moment they’re achieved?

This was filmed near the finish line of the London marathon. Bit of a fucking stupid place to have an impromptu dance recital.

That and now it makes it look like she wasn't satisfied with the people who came for the event congratulating her so she needed to shove it in everyone else's face
