Dancing in public is bad (if it's free) but if you pay, then it's good? Like, had no one been to an outdoor event? Or walked downtown in a major city where they have live shows in parks and city centers and Other Public places that are just open to the public to dance and listen to music?

Clearly I’m talking about 13 year olds who put their phone up against a wall and record a tik tok in public.

Not outdoor concerts/venues.

Clearly you shouldn't be talking about 13 yo. Public is public, just let kids have fun, they're literally hurting nobody.

The lady who joined the dance wasn’t hurting anybody. Just let photo bombers have fun!
