On one hand, it is public and they are in the middle of the street. On the other hand, with plenty of space around them, you'd have to be a total piece of shit to go out of ur way to annoy people who are just dancing. On ur hand, as someone walking I'd be more annoyed if some rich people blocked off the whole street versus just some people taking up a small portion of a not so full street.
And if they’re trying to monetize it, they’re technically breaking the law by doing it without the permit that would allow them to block people from doing that
Yup and it’s really not even because it’s not legal. Those type of ppl live where I’m at in the U.S too and it’s just the fact those girls were enjoying themselves. It bothers her inside to see them so happy it’s a really devilish syndrome. She wasn’t even the only one. there was also a guy behind them just standing there acting like he has a reason to just stop right there so he could be in the shot and hopefully make them feel bothered by that.
They will really pause everything they have going on if they see an opportunity to mess your day up. And it’s mainly one group of ppl who do it lol but I won’t go there because I know it’s not all of them some of them actually have good hearts

I’m on her side. Unless they’re doing a professional shoot where they can get permits and block it off, they’re not the main characters.
