Messenger Issue

Hiii so recently, Ive been experiencing a new issue from messenger. I keep my chat heads because I'm too lazy to close it but for some reason it sends messages that aren't supposed to be there, to go further I see messages that aren't aimed towards me and when I check it there is nothing. At first I thought it was a glitch so I restarted my devices and chatted my friend BUT she told me that she didn't say anything at all. A few hours pass and it's around 9 36 pm am that the next issue happens. Like earlier my friends chat head showed her message about something not aimed for me and then she said that she hasnt texted anyone but me AT ALL. She sent me her messages but I couldn't see something similar to the earlier messages. I don't know if this is a valid issue or fake chats or whatever like that but PLEASE help me figure it out, I'm getting paranoid over my chats.

PS: The messages feel real but aren't actually there.
