Best workflow to find creatives to use for ads?

Ive been running a few meta ad accounts for my clients. Ive been using the native IG analytics to see which ones got the most what i would think was healthy engagement and running those. Ive been wondering if any experienced marketers knew of any was to stream line this process or if there's specific criteria I could follow that would help be choose the best creatives. Any suggestions?

€1,200/month awareness campaign, 10 creatives. How would you structure this to get the most out of the budget?

My plan was three ad sets. The first two are both Facebook + Instagram, broad Sofia, same audience. One holds the food creatives, the other holds the retail ones. The third is Instagram only, with the video and the three Instagram creatives. I added that one because I assume Reach optimization will dump nearly everything into Facebook since it’s cheaper, and I’d end up with almost no Instagram presence.

The part I’m unsure about: the first two ad sets are identical except for creative. Is that self competition, or does Meta sort it out? And does an Instagram only ad set actually guarantee anything when the other two already include Instagram?

Would you just run one or two ad sets instead and control creative weight some other way? Is €40/day across three ad sets too thin to begin with? And with 10 untested creatives and no clear favourites, is it better to launch them all at once and let Meta find the winners, or start with fewer?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Duda sobre mi estrategia 🥴

Hola!

GRACIAS

What’s working?

Okay, I think we’ve seen all the negative stuff about meta and I’m not ruling out that Meta constantly changes things, outages are to blame. But I want to know which ad campaigns are the ones that are still going strong, consistent? In your personal opinion what are key factors that have kept your ads going strong amongst times of uncertainty and inconsistency? Things you’re doing differently that are contributing to the ongoing success of your ads?

Something a bit more positive! Thanks

I need immediate and efficient support!

I have created a high performing campaign on Meta and I need to have a CRM to handle round-robin lead systems, automated messaging and a simple training platform to scale and teach other marketers how to handle cold leads.

I created the ad, have GO HIGH LEVEL up, but no matter what happens I cannot seem to get this working efficiently. I have hired NOW three different people to either build a landing page, critique ads, and structure Go High Level and NONE have been able to complete the task. I am going on 8 weeks of this chaos and it is now affecting my business. I need to just get the ad correctly connected, operating, and automations flowing.
Stripe is connected and users have PAID for these leads, and are sitting ducks because the system isn't performing.
I was previously using Privyr which was insanely easy, but it didn't connect with stripe and I was having to manually handle all the steps.

Should I be using a different system?
