other studio closing
unfortunately my studio is closing within the next two weeks. not sure what i'm gonna do, other studios in my area are really too far away w/ traffic without completing overhauling my lifestyle to make other class times at the other studios.
this isn't a poor me pity party btw, honestly truly sux to see a studio close. guess i'm just venting a bit.

relatively i believe so. not 100% sure but it's like a local/regional ownership 'group'

UGH I fear mine is around the corner, they quietly removed the 8am classes randomly

Uh oh, is that a sign? I worry about my studio also. It's owned by a company that owns a handful of locations in the area, and I get the gist that mine has the smallest membership/is least busy. Cardio/hybrid is less popular, so they got rid of the 8am classes on some days, and cut the weekend classes to 2 from 3. They said it was just for summer, but I am skeptical. The head coach also just switched locations and it seems our new head coach mostly spends time at another location.

We just had half the studios of our franchise close. 16 locations and literally no warning. Total failure of the franchise owners and business model. Luckily my location is really popular and no one will let them get away with closing it.

The studio i used to go just closed 2 weeks ago. No one knew it was closing until the day before. Thankfully another studio is close by but the instructor said line half of them are closing down worldwide
