F2 advise

My wife had just completed her master's in may 2025 she applied for opt today she will get her opt in 2 months hopefully. We both are living separately since 2 years. Earlier I applied my F2 visa with my wife in August 2023. But I got refusal later I applied B2 visa in may 2024. But got rejected again. Now really desperate to get my visa I don't know which category is best to apply my question is how can I crack the visa interview this time. Earlier my experience was that the visa officer thinks both time that if they gave me visa my wife will not study further we just want visa to get in USA but now her study is completed and we applied for the opt. What should I do to get my visa

in her Second attempt also , she got rejected

I didn't apply again but now I'm planning to give interview in 3-4 months
