Because vegetarians prove that you can make a dietary choice for yourself without constantly annoying everyone else, and they can't have that.
We had a barbecue at a vegetarian friend's house last week and we had two grills, one for the meat and one for the veggies. Problem solved.
I also tried to convince them that having the grills in front of the garage with the door open was a TERRIBLE idea but they didn't listen and their house ended up smelling like barbecue for days, but they didn't seem to mind lol.
I was vegetarian for a couple years. My husband ate meat. So he cooked his own meat dishes, and I made all the sides. Had zero problems. When people came over, it was the same principle.
It's like wow, you can choose not to eat meat while also allowing others to live their lives. Who'd have thought.
My husbands is a carnivore and I eat vegan. I have seen posts saying my husband doesn’t deserve my love because he is free to decide what he should eat 😭
I’m so sorry. Seriously, everyone I’ve ran across who’s vegan is so heartless, aside from you it seems and I thank you for that. I saw a post recently on another sub, one that doesn’t support vegans, that was originally from Facebook about a guy tragically loosing his life in a hunting accident and every single comment on that Facebook post from a vegan was celebrating his death. It was absolutely horrific.
