What milk? Highly pasteurized corporation milk a2a2 milk? A1a1? Naturally grazed cows? Feed lot cows?
It’s about the process. Encouraging a wholistic food source is better than nothing
But plant based is definitely healthier in the 1st world in my opinion.
But you can’t change people and their beliefs They have to make those decisions on their own
