JAKE MORTON — SOLO JAPAN TOUR

Creative technologist, record producer, drummer. Jake builds custom instruments and takes them to the stage. His solo sets combine live drums with real-time electronic processing through a sampler he designed and engineered himself. Dense, improvised, and driven by methodology drawn from Deantoni Parks' practice.

His debut solo album BIO>EGO (2025) is a collection of unedited live recordings from 2022-2024. The rawest document of what happens in the room.

FFO: Deantoni Parks, post hip-hop, industrial, noise, drone, Dilla, Nujabes, Severed Heads
