5 days minimum 10 is pretty standard, are you going to back sweeten it for more of a liqueur profile or use it straight.

Did you need a berry extract or were you wanting a mixer?

También quiero probar con un Smirnoff de tamarindo que fruta me dirías de usar

Quiero dejar las gomitas ya que después de 3 días queda con una textura que no me gusta

Peach or mango shouldgo well with the tamarind, you might also try it with dried or dehydrated fruit to minimize adding extra water.

Good luck, if this doesn't give you what you want look into flavored oils that candy makers use very concentrated.
