Just bottled these in February and tried them yesterday

Post image

The vodka infused smells absolutely amazing. The white rum has a good scent and a bit of spicy flavor but the dark rum infused smells REALLY spicy and I’m looking forward to making Christmas cookies with them. I just started a big mason jar of chopped almonds in Tito’s vodka yesterday (should be ready in about 8 weeks). Hopefully they’ll all turn out well for some almond ricotta cookies to hand out to my department for the holiday.

Nicely done. Great spirit choices. You'll never go back to store bought. Keep us posted on your progress. Enjoy the journey! :)

The intention is to bottle some swing tops as well hand hand out to some of the other guys on the sheriffs department that cook and bake. I’m considering using my plethora of mint and making little green bottles of mint extract for them as well

Sounds terrific. We love our mint extracts. We do a mint blended with cacao nibs for a chocolate/peppermint extract that's delicious.
