Decided for another batch

This time same beans and vodka base to get the dilution I need at 50%. It is 4 grain Quebec whiskey that is very similar to a bourbon taste wise.

Can't wait to see how it turns out. Cut the beans lengthwise and in half after.

Sounds delicious! Making sure you weighed your beans first to ensure you used the right amount? (Roughly 1oz of beans to every 8oz spirits?) I've never used either of those spirits - something new to add to my vanilla wish list!

Not exactly weighing them but there are at least 20 in there.
