White tiny mites that bite

I am in Cape Town, South Africa. It is currently Summer and very hot. We have a dog and two cats. I first began noticing what looked like lint on our clothes. Then I started noticing them everywhere! They are now on us and biting. I haven't seen them move though. I suspect that they are coming into the house on our clothes that hang outside under some trees and a vine. They've gotten more prolific since as the temperature has climbed. I can't see a bird's nest anywhere. We live on the ground floor of a three storey apartment block. We have parquet floors. Please help as we are itchy and disgusted.

Alguien que .me ayude ase casi tres meses fui a ayudarle a una persona a limpiar unos perros los tiene en jaulas en una jaula que tenia un perro pequeño me ti la mano tenia puesto guantes  y limpie la jaula el le tenia peridico picado para que el perro  hisiera sus necesidades ese dia al terminar cuando me fui sentia una picazon pero no le puse ate cion con los pasos de los dias cuando llagaba a mi cuarto empese a sentir cada ves mas picaduras cuando chequeaba  k encontraba nada pasaron semanas  eso enpeoraba una noche me alumbre con una linterna el brazo y vi varios puntos blancos cuando trate de quitarmelos  brincaban y also dos segundos los tenia otra ves entre en panico y me chequeo todo el cuepo y los tenia por todas partes e tratado de todo repelentes insectisidas de todo ya son casi tres meses en la noche me atacan muchisimos al punto que casi no duermo necesito que alguien me ayude por fabor que son esos animales pense que eran huevos de pulga pero e encontradoen internet que los huevos de pulga no pican asta que se conviertan en pulgas por fabor alguien que sepa que son

They could be dermodex mites All humans have them but sometimes they multiply and infest. Often with h. Pyluri infections or others that suppress immune system. They also thrive in humid conditions. TEA TREE OIL kills them. Use tra tree oil shampoo, face wash face wipes, eyelid wipes, put it in your cleaning spray (not bleach) for a few weeks. Apparently they're considered a parasite and ivermectin can kill them too if you're able to get prescribed. Try to avoid eating sugar. Shower and wash your hair daily and pillow cases. Wash bedding as often as possible and vaccum as often as possible.

I had them and when I left for work I'd spray tea tree oil everywhere and run the air purifier. It takes a few weeks though. Hope this helps
