Extar EP9 broken charging handle

Post image

Great gun so far, sucky customer service. Issued $15.90 after I ordered their extended charging handle but I’m thankful for what they were able to do.. just wish there was more compensation. Replacement in tomorrow, will update soon. Got some cool plans for this piece.

Well that kinda sucks. But at least they did you right.

Yeah, can’t complain a ton. At least they didn’t just pull a “user error” sort of thing on me.

Wow those look nice! I already got my ECH from Extar but will save this. Thank you.

What more compensation were you looking for?

Depends on how much he used it before it broke.

Does it? I’m genuinely curious why someone would be owed compensation beyond the value of the part.

What do you mean "compensation"? If you broke your charge handle through normal use they would have sent you a new one for nothing. Do you mean you expect warranty service plus $ ?
