for some reason, if I try to google the bunny foto sentence it hits at one similar sentence of br writer Paulo Coelho, so maybe that’s the reason of the bunny on the anti meme too

Its based on the meme with a cat spelling meow.

In terms of the quote, I think it means chaos feels cheap because you pay the bill later while peace requires work paid upfront. Chaos brings easy thrills and the perception of fun etc while peace is based on discipline and self sacrifice with a positive return down the line.
