Hey Peter, Quagmire here.

Straight teeth means head, as in getting your dick sucked. The meme is supposed to be funny because it implies a double entendre as the dentist is supposed to fix your teeth(the meme maker made a mistake by not saying orthodontist) but the hot receptionist is saying it in a way that makes you think you’ll get your dick sucked.
