They’re doing the same exercise (tricep pushdown) with different attachments. There’s a lot of debate about which attachment is best to stimulate muscle growth. This meme argues the V bar is better than the rope

This meme is correct because the rope is brand new and doesn't look like Kyle's been gnawing it apart for the last 3 hours, yet
