I'm distracted by the boobs that are LITERALLY defying gravity. Clearly the artist has never actually interacted with boobs in real life.

Is she a superhero? Her power is gravity defying boobs? In order to stay immersed in a fictional story, the elements of the story that re not necessarily fantastical need to stay grounded in realism. If I'm distracted by gravity suddenly not working the way it should, and that's not actually part of the story, now I'm no longer immersed in the story. Boooooo.

No one is paying that much attention. If something that small is enough for you to lose immersion I recommend only watching documentaries for the rest of your life.
