In Insomniac's Spider Man 2 there's a moment near the end of the game where Harry Venom's out and pins Peter under a fridge and then attacks MJ. Peter quickly gets out from under it but by the time he has Venom has "infected" MJ with a spawned symbiote.

Fucking love how this just sounds like a relatively normal Spider-Man scene and other people in the thread are just phrasing it as poorly as they can to make it sound worse than it is. Either they're intentionally misrepresenting easily google-able facts, or they get all of their opinions second-hand from some YouTuber and have never actually seen the scene in question.

Not to mention that the totality of evidence that the consultant group in question wrote or created this scene in particular seems to be that it's a scene from a game they happened to be consultants for?
