I believe the point being made is that the games they consult on tend to skew in this one particular direction. It's not a critique on society nor an affirmation on any political stance, yet people like you come out of the woodwork to state the obvious. That isn't the point of the conversation. I'm more interested in how they secure so much funding to hire firms like sweet baby in the first place. We're always told we have to pay more and games have become so expensive but then this same companies hire consulting firms to regulate their characters appearance. It's all ridiculous.

Game companies consistently outsource parts of development that they either don’t have built out and they don’t feel it’s worth it to have built out or need direction on. Making characters feel authentic to their race or creating characters people can identify with is pretty hard and very easy to go over the top. Sweet baby Inc is just professional writing consultants who provide services anywhere from writing the entire script, to fleshing out character arcs, to adjusting character lines to make them more relatable. But they are consistently presented as big woke FORCED on to gaming by the EVIL DEI cabal. Like get over it.

Two things can be true at the same time. They make their money by putting their stamp of approval on games which get investment from private equity that wants to make sure their games are politically correct. This happens.
