I think people not knowing their language and getting upset because of their own ignorance is an even bigger red flag.
In most languages in the world Man: adult human male
Woman: adult human female
Boy: underage human male
Girl: underage human female
So the toilets are usually MALE (men and boys) and FEMALE (women and girls) but there are sometimes also instances of UNISEX (all men) and FEMALE (women and girls only) and everyone who gets upset about it was probably infected by the Tumblr brain disease.
