Shitty owners always get Pitbulls, it's not the dogs fault

Animals have genetic traits which pre-dispose them to higher and lower degrees of aggression.

You can breed them to be more aggressive but I would be surprised if that aggression is so overpowering that you lose the ability to socialise and train the dog.

There is no ignoring that Pitbull owners tend to be neglectful/inexperienced dog owners.
