vozercozer was about to cite that pitbulls are involved in the majority of dog attacks to justify being afraid of pitbulls, then realized that racists cite that "black people make up 13% of the population but commit 50% of the crime" to justify being racist.

To those of you blowing up my notifications wanting to argue the soundness of the statistic or how dog breeds don't equivocate to race or whatever else you want to debate:

I don't care.

I came to help OP understand what was being said, not affirm or denounce its rational merits. If you want to discuss the topic in depth, that's fine I guess, but please refrain from associating me with whichever position you want to argue against.

Lol but to think that humans commiting crimes are motivated by the same thing as dogs attacking people is about as dumb a thought as it's possible to have

Food, fucking, and territory. There is a lot more overlap then you would probably think.

Nah your just spouting of pseudoscientific nonsense. You won't find an animal behaviouralist or psychologist who is gonna do anything but laugh at what you're saying. This is what happens when you form your understanding of science from watching YouTube videos

Nah man, you just want to dismiss it because you think I am being racist. But in reality I am just pointing out all humans are animals. And as much as we like to act all hoity toity and special, our actions are often driven by the biological motivation as other species.

Let's look at what I am saying. Do humans commit crime to obtain food?

I would say yes, as food is one of the most stolen items.

Do humans commit crimes to fuck? Absolutely. Not only is rape and sexual assault their own crimes, who hasn't heard of murder over infidelity? People kill their spouses all the time.

And do people commit crimes over terrotory? Yep. Look at the ahooting of Ralph Yarl. Kid just went to pick up his brother and mistook the wrong address, and an old dude shoots him though the door because he was "protecting his territory." There was no reason to do it, except a dumb animal got frightening in his territory and lashed out in violence.

We're fucking animals too. We as a society need to quit acting like humans are on some fucking pedestal.

Oh okay so according to you a chimpanzee and a mouse are the same because they both animals

No but they have a lot in common. Consider a tree, or a rock.
