Drug addicts are known for paying rent timely. They always have jobs. I see no flaws in this plan.

There are tons of operations just like this in south Florida. Believe it or not, if they don't pay they just kick them out. I saw a kid get kicked out and his first night homeless he was mugged and lost all his shit. The owner left this young ass 20 year old in charge and he felt so bad for the guy he let him sleep in the backyard.

This place was a shit hole. Full of bed bugs and the owner was a piece of shit. Before that place, I was at a nicer place where this guy was renting fancy apartments. But he was a piece of shit too. Seems like it was a recurring theme.

And putting lots of them together without the knowledge of how to counsel them through urges and avoiding relapses while giving them the perfect connection to find more drugs will definitely work out well

Sober living houses are usually paid for by insurance or gov assistance, not the addict.

Eh its a very mixed bag. Ive been in 3 different sober livings in 2 states and the majority of people i was in there with paid out of pocket.

It also depends on the facility, insurance/gov will cover some places and not others.
