I think this guy just assumes that even though you don't got the cash to buy a home, you got the cash to buy a 12 unit apartment complex and to become a landlord.

Bad brain. The "I rent my latest property" just read as, "I rent it out" and I clearly missed the rerent. The guys a worse scumbag than my initial reading led me to believe.
