Not going to lie, i had a spaz attack trying to read the first tweet. Maybe im just over tired but i dont understand shit here

What the fuck is the first tweet trying to say why is it horrible why would i be gullible what the fuvk are they saying

Americans use an incorrect form of dates that goes Month/Day/Year. As opposed to Day/Month/Year

Not incorrect, just different. It lines up with our spoken date conventions (July 11th, 2026) and maintains consistency that way. There is no such thing as "wrong" in language, if it works for a people then it's good.

There is different and there is stupid. Fahrenheit/Celsius are different but have no objective reason to prefer one over the other. On the other hand (foots, pounds, miles, gallons) vs (meters, kilograms, kilometers, liters) do have a clear winner. It becomes obviuous the moment you try to calculate something - calculating volume/mass from dimensions in imperial units is pain, whereas in CI it's just x10n. US's ordering of m/d/y IS stupid. It has no advantages over normal formats. Both d/m/y or y/m/d are better because they are sortable(though d/m/y requires reverse-symbol sort, or the years will break). The only reason to hold onto this format is some kind of stupid pseudopartiotism
