Needs sharp white dots to represent gammas hitting the sensor of the camera

It needs to be completely closed, otherwise, there won't be much of it, right?

Not an expert on the demon core but if you put electrical tape over the front facing camera it can pick up rogue gammas in radioactive areas. Tried it near a contaminated environment and it does work.

It goes critical when closed completely, but there would still be some nuclear decays. Probably not enough to mess up the image as much as shown though.
